Hard white maple with purpleheart racing stripes so they go faster. Vrooom…
Two new breadboards, hard maple with purpleheart racing stripes. Aproximate dimensions: (l) 8″ x 12″ x 1″ and (r) 9″ x 12″ x 3/4″. They both have a recess routed into each end from the underside, so it’s easier to get your fingers underneath to lift them and set them down. I see the left one as more of a cheese tray, perhaps.
This is another mostly hard maple edge-grain cutting board, but without the handle and spline of the other design. Instead there are a couple of “racing stripes” made of purpleheart, and a shallow juice groove. Size is about 12×19. My brother-in-law is buying this one, so I thought I’d better get a picture while I still have it.
